T & T
After more than 2 weeks away from Montreal, I was terribly homesick. My little cousins (they are both 25 - but will always be little to me). But today, I finally got out of my pyjamas and met my cousins at T&T to plan our big saturday night meal.
T&T. Shopping there makes me feel like I am home again. All the Chinese flavours and smells. and to see the dishes my mom prepares readily available for purchase just made my heart warm.
I missed lunch and bought $70 worth of groceries. And for those who are familiar with Chinese grocery stores...$70 is a lot!!!!!
I bought mushrooms, pig knuckles, watercress (2 bunches for $1.00), taro root bread. T&T is a reminder of how great it is to live with one's mommy!!!!
