This is how my work week started:

wahhh! the blue screen of death! while they took my computer apart to replace the harddrive - they gave me a loaner...from 1998! the thing takes 15 mins just to boot up. what a desastre!!!

This is how I decided to end my work week:

This is my high-school best friend's baby! She is 9 mo's - how very cute. So basically through Facelivre - I reconnected with Mélanie, one my best friends from high school. The last time we saw each other was 10 years ago!! AN ENTIRE DECADE! SO much has gone by but some things still stay the same - we yacked for over 3 hours non-stop. So much catching up to do! Her baby is the prettiest little girl, much like her mother (the blond goddess of our high school!)

My conclusion is that not much has really changed. While a lot has happened to us and our experiences over the last 10 years have definitely shaped us, we both are ultimately the same as we used to be. Personalities can change but character does not.
