Double Solid Line.

What is up with Quebecers and breaking ALL the traffic rules. Some dude cut me off in the Ville Marie Expressway. He did that while crossing a double solid line.

I did what any respectable quebecoise would do i HONKED like a biatch until he was red with shame. (ok i don't know if he turned red with shame - but i would have if i was guilty of such bad behaviour)
