At any Chinese family dinner reunion, the equivalent to saying "hello - how are you doing these days" for most relatives = "hey, are you fatter? looks like you gained weight on your ________ (insert any body part - none is considered too offensive)"

Well, I get
"hey, looks like you're getting fatter and gaining weight on you tummy..." then they continue to poke and prod, like I'm actually ok with them touching me, hoping for me to be preggos.

oh geez i hate it when that happens and get highly offended... like who the F are you? then i remind myself... oh yeah.. they are my CHINESE RELATIVES....that's who.
